A Sample of the Role:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, and engage top talent across various roles, ensuring a strong pipeline
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate attraction
- Use data-driven insights to improve hiring processes and enhance the candidate experience
- Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and company policies
Your Natural Ingredients to Win:
- For Talent Acquisition Specialist: 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, food production, or a similar industry
- For Talent Acquisition Partner: 4 years of recruiting experience with a consultative approach to hiring strategy
- Strong sourcing skills using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networking)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred
