Overview

The Job in a Nutshell:The {N}power Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for providing World Class customer service to all customers, visitors, vendors and employees as it relates to the {N}power Rewards Program. This position also provides administrative support to various departments in the Store Support Center.

Responsibilities

Main Ingredients: 1. Primary contact who is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction as it relates to the {N}power Rewards Program2. Responds to all feedback provided about the {N}power Rewards Program with sufficient resolutions in a timely manner with primary focus on customer service3. Assists {N}power Rewards Program Members in troubleshooting isolated issues with respect to accounts4. Uses written, verbal, and digital communication to engage in both positive and negative user feedback5. Anticipates customer needs with quick resolutions6. Communicates reoccurring feedback to Senior {N}power Promotions Manager and Director of Loyalty Marketing in a timely manner with specific attention to resolving system issues7. Partners with Senior {N}power Promotions Manager to proactively notify {N}power Rewards Program Members of relevant changes to benefits or system operation8. Conducts leadership training on the {N}power Rewards Program to new store managers9. Conducts {N}power Rewards Program training for new store openings and attends all new store openings, relocations and remodels10. Creates and sends relevant {N}power Rewards Program communications to in-store Crew members11. Provides administrative support to various departments as requested/assigned by the marketing department including, but is not limited to, copying, filing, preparing presentations, creating training tools and leading meetings

Qualifications

Recipe for Success:1. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience is required2. An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred3. Excellent customer service communication skills to interact with internal/external customers, vendors, and outside organizations4. Experience preferred with Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage policies and procedures, products, and vendors 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills6. Strong organization skills with astute attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks7. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required8. Self-motivated with a “hands on” whatever it takes approach as it relates to the job summary9. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Physical Requirements:

• Must have the ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must have the ability to occasionally push or pull up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to constantly use the computer for data entry and use of mouse.
• Must be able to constantly sit, use fine motor manipulations, and reach outward for the duration of the work shift.
• Must be able to frequently grip, bend, twist, and turn.
• Must be able to occasionally walk, stand, squat, kneel, and reach above chest as needed.

Environmental Requirements:

• Must be able to work occasionally with cold, heat, sharp tools and equipment, noise, contact stress, dust, fumes, and congested worksite.
