What Is It That We Do Exactly?
NHC is an online and retail store that provides quality vitamins and supplements to its customers. While working at the store you’ll speak with a lot of customers, and help them make purchases with great customer service. While helping customers you will:
- Work with our customers to assist them as they transform their health through vitamins and supplements.
- Work the cash register and other computers/tablets.
- Help keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.
- Be active. There will be standing, kneeling, squatting, lifting up to 10 pounds, and pulling items from the warehouse (get those steps in).
- Need strong retail and customer service skills, as well as a passion for holistic health, natural products, and nutrition.
- Perform opening and closing duties for the store.
- Have frequent lunch and learns as well as mentors to ensure you have the tools you need to learn and grow.
- And yes…. deal with the occasional difficult customer.

Pay starts at $14.00 an hour with a possible monthly bonus. Your bonus is determined by the sales for each month and is estimated to be between $2.50-$3.50 per hour. Bonuses have reached as much as $4.00 per hour.

What Hours Could I Be Working?
This job requires some flexibility. You can and will work any of the hours we are open, including evenings until 6:00 pm or 7:15 pm, and working rotating weekends.
Store Hours (Employees typically may be scheduled 15 minutes before opening, and sometimes you'll need to stay 15 minutes after the hours of operation.)
- Monday - Friday: 9 am - 7 pm
- Saturday: 9 am – 5 pm (When you work a Saturday there is a $2 per hour shift pay)
- Sunday: 10 am - 4 pm (When you work a Sunday there is a $4 per hour shift pay)
Is There Anything Else I Need To Know?
- You must be at least 18 years of age and be able to work in the US.
- You should have a passion for health, wellness, and nutrition.
- You should have a tenacious, can-do attitude.
- A background check and drug screen will be required upon the acceptance of a job offer. A conviction will only be considered if it is substantially related to the position applied for.
