Position Summary : This role is designed to identify, manage and analyze performance metrics and provide analysis and recommendations to stakeholders to achieve the company’s goals.

- Using data, develop strategies that improve sales productivity for the organization
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
- Identify, analyze and interpret financial trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Evaluate and identify trends in sales by analyzing industry data form both within and outside the company; provide monthly forecast reports
- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within various departments
- Interpret and evaluate data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for strategic decision-making
- Plan and coordinate the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives, as required and present findings of studies to the Executive leadership team.
- Create pricing models and price elasticity analysis and present data to pricing committee.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of data using agreed upon metrics
- Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
- Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
- Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time issues
- Develop and maintain a listing of best available sources for syndicated information / data needs or suppliers for conducting primary research in support of data collection
