POSITION SUMMARY

The Express Team's primary responsibility is to ensure prompt and professional service to all of our clients visiting for curbside orders, but also includes fulfillment of all curbside & in-store pickup orders being submitted through our delivery platform - Dutchie.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS

  • Welcomes patients as soon as they pull into our reserved curbside spots & Ask for their ID card. Provides exceptional service for customers, answering any questions they may have and providing brief orientations when needed, for new clients, including regulatory excerpts, hours of operation information, etc.
  • Coaches Team on customer service & The Green standard of Courtesy
  • Educates Express / Curbside staff on the processes order fulfillment & Order processing / delivery procedures.
  • Enforces punctuality, upbeat attitudes, & work ethic with the staff, by leading by example
  • Communicates with Dispensary Management team about possible changes with staff, SOP's, & overall operations to create a smoother workflow & increase revenue.
  • Communicates with dispensary express team to facilitate an orderly patient traffic flow to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Records and collaborates with Green Cannabis Co employees and transportation agents about clients' preorders and on-line orders to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of delivery.
  • Updates the staff on knowledge of all applicable state and local laws and regulations, as well as documentation processes in accordance with Department and Dispensary policies and procedures.
  • Maintains a high level of understanding of marijuana, and related products and services offered at the Company's Dispensary.
  • Provides educational materials and resources for staff as needed..
  • Records specific requests, preferences, and notes concerning employees' well-being, work ethic, emergencies, etc. as required.
  • Discusses with dispensary agent or manager or assistant manager to update on- line menus and checklists.
  • Coordinates with Green Cannabis Co manager for office supplies and other items as needed.
  • ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS REQUIRED
  • Delegates & helps the preparation of patient and on-line and pre-orders, if assigned.
  • Complies with Green Cannabis Co's and Company's current policies and procedures and applicable state and local laws and regulations.
  • Ensures completion of start-of-day and end-of-day procedures, open all computer programs necessary, organize waiting room, etc.
  • Ensures the greeting of each patient and obtains all appropriate documentation.
  • Discusses inventory levels with dispensary manager and update on-line and check list information, if needed.
  • Assists managers with research, communications, and other assigned projects / tasks.
  • Stays informed and knowledgeable about applicable state and local laws and regulations and industry news.
  • Attend staff meetings as scheduled.

  • Ability to make operational / customer service decisions as necessary, asking for management oversight when needed.
