Position Overview:
A warm and welcoming family in Littleton is seeking a dependable, energetic, and nurturing nanny to care for their 2-month-old baby boy. This full-time position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with an immediate start date. The family is looking for a long-term commitment of at least one year, with a preference for two years.
About the Role:
- Provide attentive and loving care for the baby, focusing on engagement and nurturing activities.
- Take the baby out into the community for outings and activities as appropriate.
- During naps, the nanny will be expected to:
- Wash bottles.
- Do the baby’s laundry.
- Tidy up the baby’s spaces.
- After these tasks, the nanny is free to use the remaining nap time as they please.
- Use an app to log daily updates and participate in brief daily check-ins with the family.
Requirements:
- Fully vaccinated (including Tdap, flu, and COVID).
- Experience with infant care.
- A genuine love of working with children and a commitment to fostering their development.
- Reliable transportation; mileage reimbursement provided.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $26-$28 per hour based on experience.
- 10 paid holidays.
- 2 weeks paid time off.
- 1 hour of sick leave per 30 hours worked.
