Natural Retreats is looking for a full-time Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our 360 Blue team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL! We are looking for a reliable Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure that our residence inspections are completed efficiently, quality standards are met and all findings are documented and addressed in a timely manner.
A successful Housekeeping Coordinator will ensure that the 360 Blue managed residences are in pristine condition and our guests get an amazing first impression of the residences! They will provide service to guests/owners and fellow team members in a manner which meets or exceeds 360 Blue Properties standards and comply with established company and departmental policies and procedures
Compensation: $18.25 - $18.50 / hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Coordinate and support QA contractors by ensuring inspections are completed efficiently and maintaining quality standards.
- Manage communication across multiple platforms (emails, phone calls, internal messaging) to support operations and facilitate collaboration between departments.
- Organize and maintain inventory of supplies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges in real-time to ensure smooth day-to-day execution of processes.
- Support any additional needs of the QA Supervisor, Lead, and Manager.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Well-developed administrative and organizational skills demonstrated in ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in written and verbal communications to multiple stakeholders both internal and external

HOURS OF WORK:
This is a full-time position. Due to the nature of the job, the team member should be flexible with their hours and must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed. We encourage all of our Team Members to take two (2) days off where possible, knowing that guests and owners can arrive at unpredictable times. Exact daily schedules may vary from season to season and differ from in-season to off-season. Vacation is generally taken outside of peak season.
