Callista by 360 Blue is hiring a General Manager to join our team! Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, the General Manager will provide oversight of day to day operations. Core responsibilities include providing strategic planning and leadership to all departments, maximizing operational efficiency and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure all relationship expectations are consistently met. A successful General Manager is fully committed to creating a service culture that offers a best in class guest experience.
This position will be required to work in our 360 Blue office in Santa Rosa Beach, FL on a regular basis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide development, training, and coaching to staff.
- Ensure effective daily operations through administrative duties, analyzing financial management data, overseeing guest and owner relations, staff development, and new business development.
- Develop and implement processes, policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations across all departments.
- Work to meet revenue and booking goals as set by the leadership team.
- Deescalate elevated issues with homeowners and/or guests as needed.
- Assist in the development of short and long-term plans for growth, performance, and profitability of Callista.
- Manage a team of employees. Facilitate team meetings and performance management conversations and perform salary assessments on a regular cadence.
- Participate in strategy meetings.
- Oversee the annual budget and maintain accurate payable/receivables and monthly owner statements.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Minimum 3 years' experience in hospitality, property management, sales, and/or retail
- Previous management experience with a proven record of motivating and coaching their team to success
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing which may include drug testing and/or background screening
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to learn new software programs
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up, creativity, problem solving, conflict management, and organizational skills
HOURS OF WORK:
This is a full-time regular position. Due to the nature of the job, the Team Member should be flexible with his/her hours. We encourage all of our Team Members to take two (2) days off per week where possible. Weekends and holidays are generally busy with guest arrivals and departures and are considered working days. The Team Member should always be available in case, which includes evenings and on-call hours. Generally, this may mean working some inconsistent hours. Vacation is generally taken outside of peak season. Exact daily schedules may vary from season to season and differ from in-season to off-season.
