The ideal candidate will have experience in content creation across multiple platforms, including digital, print, video, and social media. Key Responsibilities : Content Creation & Narrative Development : Craft compelling stories for various formats, including blogs, articles, website content, social media, videos, and podcasts.Develop brand narratives that align with company values, mission, and strategic goals.Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.Conduct interviews, research, and gather insights to create authentic and engaging storytelling. Brand & Messaging Strategy : Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all storytelling platforms.Collaborate with marketing, design, and video production teams to enhance storytelling through visuals, animations, and multimedia elements.Adapt storytelling techniques to reach different audiences effectively. Audience Engagement & Analytics : Leverage data and audience insights to refine storytelling strategies.Monitor engagement metrics and iterate on storytelling approaches based on performance.Stay informed on storytelling trends, emerging platforms, and best practices. Skills & Competencies : Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.Strong ability to craft narratives that evoke emotion and drive action.Experience in digital storytelling, including video scripts, podcasts, and social media content.Experience with SEO best practices and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.Proficiency in content management systems, social media platforms, and multimedia storytelling tools.Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Creative Writing, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required). 3 years of experience in storytelling, content creation, journalism, or a related field. Portfolio showcasing strong storytelling skills across various mediums. Salary commensurate with skills and experience.
