Natural Way, one of Michigan's largest family-owned businesses, is expanding our team and looking for dynamic individuals to join us! We are hiring a full-time sales position. If you are highly motivated, goal-oriented, professional, and self-driven with a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls using our internet-based phone system
- Manage leads by tracking, following up, and closing sales to meet sales and productivity goals
- Perform direct sales techniques for lawn, tree, and pest control services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships both over the phone and in-person
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good computer proficiency (Windows, Excel, Adobe, Microsoft Word, Emailing, Skype, etc.)
- Experience using a CRM system for tracking calls, adding notes, and updating accounts
- Stable internet connection for remote work

Schedule:
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays during our spring peak season
- Overtime available
Compensation:
- $15/hour commission bonuses
