They treat customers’ lawns with top quality, organic based products, aerate, top dress and seed lawns, perform shop work, and offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field. You are a NaturaLawn of America ambassador, responsible for creating positive relationships, helping to educate our customers about our products. You help our customers live and enjoy life outside.

This is an entry-level Lawn Care position. This is NOT a landscaping position. We do NOT mow lawns. Starting pay is based upon experience, having a current pesticide license or your ability to get your state pesticide license within 90 days of employment.

While NO Experience in lawn care is necessary, you will need ALL of the following to be considered for this position:
· An ACTIVE, VALID Driver’s License (You will be driving company vehicles in accordance with company policies so a driving record with minimal infractions in the last 3 years is a REQUIREMENT)

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and a good attendance record. Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable. He or she must have:

• A professional appearance.
• Honesty, Integrity, customer service skills and great Character.
• Excellent communication and simple math skills- ability to speak, read and write fluently in English.
• Enjoys working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Administer timely lawn applications.
• Diagnose and correct customer problems through service calls and other communications.
• Recommend and sell products and service information to new and existing customers, resulting in growth of our customer base.
• Complete production reports, new sales forms, customer invoice forms, daily vehicle inspection, inventory report.
• Ability to operate machinery.
• Ability to meet production goals.

· The physical ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and to walk several miles a day.

· The ability to be dependable and to work independently during the workday with little supervision, once trained.

• Reliable transportation to ensure you will arrive ready for work each day.

After completion of your initial training, as a Lawn Care Technician with NaturaLawn of America you will help homeowners have the lawn they desire through delivery of our organic based products that are customized, and our personalized service.

This includes the application of granular and liquid materials; as well as management of your daily route to keep customers “on time and on schedule”.
