NaturaLawn of America, a leader in organic-based lawn care, is seeking a dedicated Front Office/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Damascus, MD. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and an engaging personality to assist with both administrative tasks and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team and assist with daily operations.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with file organization and document management.
  • Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed.
  • Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Engage with potential customers during the sign-up/sales process.
  • Work with current customers on adding services to their account.
  • Perform posting of operations work and manage accounts receivable.
  • Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Schedule service routes and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping.
  • Previous experience in administrative or office management roles is preferred.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook Calendar.
  • Ability to coordinate projects and work collaboratively with team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in data entry and basic accounting tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
