NaturaLawn of America is an organic based lawn care company that has been serving the Greater Philadelphia community for over 30 years offering residential customers safer alternative lawn care programs.
We are looking for dedicated and experienced sales professionals to join our team as Inbound Sales Representatives. This is an ideal position for candidates who bring prior experience in inside sales, phone sales, or customer service and are looking to engage with customers in a meaningful way. This role offers a unique balance of structured work and seasonal flexibility.
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 hourly as well as weekly commissions $500
Hours: Monday - Thursday: 10am - 7pm, Friday: 9am - 6pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales calls with professionalism and warmth, actively listening to understand customer needs.
- Present and sell our lawn care services, using effective negotiation and persuasive techniques.
- Address customer objections with resilience and a customer-focused mindset.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all interactions in our CRM (experience with Five9 is a plus).
- Foster rapport with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2 years in inside sales, phone sales, or a related customer-facing role. Successful backgrounds include retired financial advisors, car sales managers, real estate agents, or home show sales reps.
- Work Preferences: Values punctuality, work-life balance, and appreciates seasonal layoffs, seeing this as time for family, personal projects, or relaxation.
Key Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to drive effective phone conversations.
- Persuasive negotiation skills and resilience in handling objections.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in an office-based environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software for efficient customer and sales pipeline management.
