EXPERIENCED Sales Closer wanted to join our growing team. Candidate will need at least 3 years of INBOUND consumer sales experience (sales, debt recovery, etc.) in a NON RETAIL Sales Environment to be considered for this position.
NaturaLawn of America (naturalawn.com) is looking for YOU to join our growing team of Inside Sales Reps. who manage an assigned territory assisting potential customers in selecting the best services to meet their needs.
The position is entirely phone-based, with no face-to-face or door-to-door sales required. Our company offers a supportive, low-pressure office environment and a strong customer base, with one out of three homeowners in Hampton Roads choosing the services we provide.

Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers over the phone to understand their needs and recommend suitable NaturaLawn services.
- Manage and grow an assigned sales territory.
- Follow up with existing customers to offer service upgrades and ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in paid training to become familiar with our products and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound/inbound phone sales.
- Effective communication and people skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Compensation
Average earnings of $20 per hour (hourly commission).
