Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Perform lawn treatments using proper techniques and professionalism.
- Explain and promote the NaturaLawn® of America program to prospective customers.
- Conduct service calls following the "Service Call Guidelines."
- Maintain regular communication with customers to prevent lawn issues.
- Operate and maintain the service vehicle in a clean and safe manner.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to resolve customer concerns.
- Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
- Project a professional image to the public.
- Complete branch production tasks as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license with minimal infractions in the last 3 years.
- Experience in agronomy, horticulture, or related green industry services is a plus.
- Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with customers.
- Ability to maintain a daily and weekly work schedule.
- Flexibility with work hours and schedule.
- Enjoyment of physical work and the outdoors.
