Key Responsibilities:
- Safety: Learn and follow all company safety policies, including the proper handling of chemicals, fertilizers, and equipment.
- Quality: Ensure client satisfaction and maintain company standards. Observe and assist in maintaining the quality of services and equipment.
- Efficiency: Help schedule routes and manage materials efficiently. Over time, you’ll begin managing labor and material usage.
- Planning: Participate in daily planning with the PM to anticipate challenges and identify training opportunities.
- Equipment Maintenance: Understand the importance of equipment checks and maintenance to ensure all tools are safe and ready for use.
- Client Relations: Engage with clients to understand their needs and communicate effectively with the PM to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge Development: Learn safe use of tools and equipment, and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in lawn care treatments, insect issues, and other agronomic practices.
- Documentation: Assist with maintaining accurate records of products used and track inventory.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the lawn care industry.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
Preferred (but not required):
- Applicator’s License (can be obtained during the training process).
Work Conditions:
- Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends when needed.
- Comfort in working with lawn care equipment and chemicals.
