Professional Residential Home Cleaner (2-3 yrs experience needed)

Naturally Maid Cleaning is seeking hardworking and reliable home cleaners to join our team!

As a local business, we provide top-tier cleaning services to clients in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. This position is for independent contractors (ICs) only. As an IC, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule on our platform, specifying the hours you want to work and the areas you prefer to service. Our friendly support team will handle booking appointments for you based on your availability.

This is a great opportunity for experienced cleaners looking for independence, flexibility, and competitive pay (above minimum wage). Specific details about pay and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

What It Means to Be an Independent Contractor:

• You are your own boss. You’ll manage your own schedule, transportation, and cleaning supplies.
• You are responsible for your own taxes. You must understand IC requirements and ensure compliance with local laws, including tax filing and liability insurance.
• No direct employment. This is not an employee position—therefore, you maintain full control over how you perform your work.

We Are Seeking Candidates Who Are:

• Reliable and punctual, showing up on time for every scheduled appointment.
• Dedicated to client satisfaction, ensuring every cleaning meets the highest standards.
• Experienced in home cleaning, with at least 2-3 years of professional experience.
• Effective communicators, able to problem-solve and address client concerns.
• Organized, keeping supplies stocked and maintaining a clear schedule.
• Honest and positive in all interactions.

Pre-Qualification Questions (MUST ANSWER):

• How many years of professional cleaning experience do you have? (Minimum 2-3 years)
• Do you have a valid Driver’s License and access to a personal motor vehicle?
• Are you willing to consent to a background check prior to beginning the position?
• Do you have a smartphone?
• Do you understand this is an independent contractor position and accept the associated responsibilities (taxes, insurance, etc.)?

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Meet sanitation and hygiene standards in all areas cleaned.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and preferences.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and team members for seamless service.
