This is an independent contractor (IC) role, offering you the freedom to set your own schedule and service areas while we handle client bookings. Independent Contractor Role:
- Set your own schedule and choose your service areas.
- Use your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
- You’re responsible for liability insurance (General Liability required)
- WE provide the business for you
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of residential cleaning experience (required).
- Professionalism: Dependable, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Communication: Need great communication skills-text/call/ respond quickly
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Smartphone for communication and scheduling.
- Comfortable with time-based cleans, ensuring efficiency without sacrificing quality.
