About the company:

NaturalSlim was born as a corporation in 1998 by Frank Suarez. Frank decided to launch the new weight loss business after successfully losing 50 lbs himself This new way of losing weight, NaturalSlim®, would use recent discoveries and research from different centers of scientific and nutritional research on factors that reduce or accelerate human metabolism. Our focus has always been to ensure both that the person will lose weight (lose body fat) and reach their desired goal, as well as maintaining a healthy lifestyle so the lost weight won’t come back. With the new lifestyle we teach, and eating habits, this goal became real. In this way, NaturalSlim® became known as “The weight loss that stays lost!”

Your mission:

You will represent our brand as a Certified Metabolism Consultant CMC ™. You will be based out of our Orlando, FL office. This position consists of taking care of our existing members, revitalizing old/inactive members, as well as gaining new members along the way. This is an office/desk position no traveling is necessary.

Specific responsibilities and duties:

· Answer phones and emails while providing top quality customer service to our members in-person and over the phone.

· Providing one-on-one consultation to new and existing members that will allow them to successfully complete their recommended program.

· Answer questions and provide guidance to our members about how our products work and their benefits.

· Become a knowledgeable CMC ™ of NaturalSlim

Required qualifications:

· Basic computer and email knowledge

· A clear and friendly speaking voice, tone, and manners

· You must be reliable, dependable, and trustworthy.

· Detail oriented and able to multi-task

· Schedule: Monday through Saturday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

· You will spend your day on the phone and computer providing first-class customer service to our members. You will work as a team alongside our current CMC ™ team members.

· Create positive and lasting relationships with our members.

· Set appointments with members and follow up with consistently to ensure success on our program.

· Meets with members in-person or over the phone in order to drive product sales and knowledge

· Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures

· Follow up with members to make sure that they are satisfied with products and their progress on the program.

· Acts as an expert in selling goods to consumers that meet their needs and desires.

· Being bilingual English/Spanish is an essential function of this position.

· Professional demeanor and appearance is a must.

Offered salary and other compensations:

We offer a base salary starting at $13.00/hr. We offer 401K, paid vacation after 1 year of service. We offer paid training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
