Base pay 6500.00 per month salary plus bonuses

Must be passionate to advance self and others. Must know all phases of outdoor living construction. Must put others before self. Must demonstrate effective communication skills (written and verbal), Must have prior management experience. Must have minimum of 2 years landscape construction/outdoor living construction experience. Bilingual a plus. Additional compensation for a candidate that is proficient in both English and Spanish. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has experience in managing outdoor living construction projects but also has a heart to train and educate teammates on the fundamentals of the industry. The perfect candidate for this position would not only have extensive knowledge in all things outdoor living but would also have the ability to translate that knowledge into on-the-job training to help build and bolster all of our new and existing teammates, adding value to each person they work with. In addition to this, the perfect candidate would also have their own desire of advance within a growing organization. The idea here is to bring an impact player into our already award-winning team to help with a fast-paced and full workload. This goal orientated person would hand select and train crew leads/foremen as we continue to expand.

Responsibilities are as follow but not limited to, managing multiple projects and crews to achieve goals for each project on time and on budget. This is a forward-facing position, working with commercial and residential clients, while managing field crews to solve problems and find solutions. This position will bridge the gap between office and production staff. A lot of our work is design/build or design/bid/build, so the right candidate would be able to lean on past experiences to solve problems, find solutions, cut cost, and improve the product we are producing. We deliver high quality finished products for each project and this position is responsible for ensuring that goal is reached. This is an in-field position with morning and afternoon office time. Manage 15-20 people on up to 4-6 projects depending on scope and scale.
