Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RV Service Admin / Writer to join our dynamic team in the RV service industry. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, facilitating communication between clients and service technicians. This role requires a strong understanding of RV repair processes and excellent customer service skills to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Duties

Greet customers and assess their RV service needs.
Document customer concerns and relay information accurately to service technicians.
Prepare detailed service estimates and invoices for customers.
Provide recommendations for additional services based on vehicle diagnostics and maintenance needs.
Manage the scheduling of appointments and follow-up communications with customers.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Assist in upselling services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Ensure a clean and organized service area to promote a professional environment.
Calling all customer's each day to keep them updated on their units.
Assisting the Service Writer when needed.

Experience

Previous experience in service writing or a similar role within the RV industry is required.

Familiarity with RV body repair, RV diagnostics, slide outs, and general RV repair practices is highly desirable.

Knowledge of RV service technician processes and RV service management will be considered an asset.

Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer interaction and relationship building.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

Experience with Motility highly preferred.

RV Service Admin / Writer experience is REQUIRED .

We offer Health Insurance and paid vacation after one year of employment. Company paid Dental, Vision, and Aflac Accident Coverage. Our pay is weekly! Our hours are Monday - Friday 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
