Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts and heavy equipment to facilitate the efficient movement of goods within our facility. This role requires a strong attention to safety, accuracy, and efficiency in handling materials.
Duties
- Operate forklifts, including clamp trucks and order pickers, to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform heavy lifting and maneuvering of pallets using pallet jacks and other equipment as needed.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation and report any maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Skills
- Proven experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment in a warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, including inventory management systems.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
