Role Description
This full-time hybrid role is based in Wake Forest, NC, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. As the Territory Sales & Account Manager, you’ll be Nature First's face for prospective and current clients. You’ll manage and grow customer accounts, ensuring every client receives proactive, high-touch service that reflects our standards. Your role will generate leads, develop territory-specific sales strategies, and collaborate with our in-field operations team to deliver seamless, high-quality service. You’ll play a key role in building trust, driving revenue, and ensuring that every property we care for is one our clients are proud to call home.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential clients.
- Develop and execute local lead generation and territory growth strategies
- Serve as the liaison between clients and the landscaping team, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded
- Conduct site visits, provide proposals, and close new business
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service details in CRM systems
- Represent Nature First’s core values of quality, integrity, and respect in every interaction
Qualifications
- 2 years of Landscaping/ green industry experience
- Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales
- Strong lead generation and territory development skills
- Strong technology skills using a laptop/ iPad in the field and being able to create quotes on software
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
