The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of agricultural production, including variety selection, planting, yield, and production management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage agricultural production, ensuring optimal crop yields and quality.
- Develop and implement production plans, using agricultural engineering principles to optimize crop growth.
- Collaborate with the Head Grower to achieve facility and company performance targets.
- Research alternative growing techniques to increase yield productivity.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in agricultural production or a related field.
Candidates should also have strong knowledge of greenhouse management software, including Priva Connex or Hortimax.
