About the Role
Nature Fresh Farms USA, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Horticultural Manager to lead its greenhouse production team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in greenhouse production, climate control, and water management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the greenhouse production team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal crop yields and quality.
- Develop and implement production plans, using agricultural engineering principles to optimize crop growth.
- Oversee irrigation systems and implement IPM strategies to minimize pesticide use.
- Collaborate with the Head Grower to achieve facility and company performance targets.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in greenhouse production or a related field.
Candidates should also have strong knowledge of greenhouse management software, including Priva Connex or Hortimax.
