Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a strong understanding of retail sales principles. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience through effective communication and product knowledge.
This position is SEASONAL (March - October). RV Sales Associates are paid an hourly wage plus per unit bonuses!
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist in their search for the right unit.
- Provide knowledgeable support regarding product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Engage in selling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store appearance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to better serve customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers to close sales.
- Proficient in using retail software systems for sales support and inventory tracking.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
