Position : Preschool Teacher

Qualifications and Requirements :
- A genuine passion and love for children.
- A strong desire to foster creativity, exploration, and decision-making among the children.
- Willingness to actively participate in and support all classroom activities.
- Proven experience in maintaining an organized, clean, and orderly classroom environment during and after activities.
- An energetic, positive, responsible, flexible, punctual, respectful, and professional attitude in all situations.
- The ability to create and maintain a well-organized, clean, engaging, and interactive classroom.
- A drive to lead and manage a team with compassion and enthusiasm.
- Previous experience in licensed childcare is highly desirable.
- A clean Criminal Background Check.
- A strong passion for Early Childhood Education.
- A natural affinity for the outdoors, and a willingness to embrace the messy joys of working with kids.
- The physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Convenient access to commute to South Central Austin or Dripping Springs.
- Experience with STEAM, Waldorf, Reggio, or Montessori methodologies is a valuable plus.
- Interests in Gardening, Nature, Dancing, and Yoga are also considered advantageous.
