Customer Assistant FT

We are seeking someone friendly and helpful who loves to learn and wants to join our team Full-Time. This position would be approximately 38 - 40 hours. Full-Time shifts require weekends, days, and evenings, availability until 8:30pm. The current schedule would be Monday 11am - 8pm, Wednesday 11am - 8pm, Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 11am - 8pm, and Saturday 11am - 8pm. As a FT Customer Assistant, you would work directly with customers to help them choose the right product through the knowledge you obtain from ongoing training and education and then finish the transactions at the register. You would also be expected to help keep the store stocked, and you must be detail-oriented to help keep up with expiration dates and markdowns.

Qualifications and Skills

A Customer Assistant will be required to have customer service experience, and register experience is a plus. You should also have a positive attitude and be able to prioritize and multitask effectively. The Customer Assistant should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and should be able to stay on task during slower times. The ideal Customer Assistant should also have a passion for health and for helping people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Provide top-notch customer service by assisting customers, resolving issues, and offering product knowledge.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock levels to prevent overstock or understock situations.
• Cash Handling: Responsible for cash register operations, including opening and closing registers, handling cash, and processing transactions accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
