Irrigation Superintendent

Job Summary:
Nature’s Edge Garden Center is seeking an individual to oversee our Irrigation Department. This person should have 3 years of experience in installing and servicing irrigation systems. Experience in leadership is preferred.
Duties Include:
- Plan and install new irrigation systems
- Service and repair of existing irrigation systems
- Work on both residential and commercial locations
- Oversee a team of irrigation technicians and assist with onboarding and training of employees.
- Communicate and collaborate with customers, vendors and co-workers
Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities:
- Significant organizational skills
- Must be detail and quality oriented
- Ability to prioritize work on a jobsite to meet deadlines
- Possess independent problem-solving skills
- Ability to diagnose common irrigation system issues quickly and effectively
- Ability to operate equipment safely
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to acquire and maintain a MN DOT Health Card
- Irrigation experience preferred
- A positive, can-do attitude
Preferred Requirements:
- ASSE 5110 Backflow Tester / RPZ Certification
- Licensed Power Limited Technician or ability to acquire license
