While many on our team have worked here for several years, we are expanding, and we need you! We are seeking talented individuals who can get us to the next level in exciting designs and installations, professional lawn care and irrigation services and to help our business grow!
Job Summary:
Nature’s Edge Garden Center is seeking experienced irrigation technicians to join our team. This position’s pay starts at $20/hour base wage. We offer a production incentive program and team members can earn up to $24/hour or more. Higher compensation for candidates with more experience, license and qualifications.
Duties Include:
- Plan and install new irrigation systems
- Service and repair of existing irrigation systems
- Work on both residential and commercial locations
- Communicate and collaborate with customers, vendors and co-workers
Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities:
- Significant organizational skills
- Must be detail and quality oriented
- Ability to prioritize work on a jobsite to meet deadlines
- Possess independent problem-solving skills
- Ability to diagnose common irrigation system issues quickly and effectively
- Ability to operate equipment safely
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to acquire and maintain a MN DOT Health Card
- Irrigation experience preferred
- A positive, can-do attitude
Preferred Requirements:
- Two years or more irrigation experience preferred
- Licensed Power Limited Technician or ability to acquire license
