We are looking for landscape maintenance, irrigation service techs, delivery drivers, design/build talent and snow/ice operators. Whether you’re looking for seasonal employment or a meaningful career in landscaping and irrigation, we would love to hear from you!
While many on our team have worked here for several years, we are expanding, and we need you! We are seeking talented individuals who can get us to the next level in exciting designs and installations, professional lawn care and irrigation services and to help our business grow!
Job Summary:
Nature’s Edge Garden Center is seeking landscape installers to join our growing business. This position’s pay starts at $20.00/hour base wage. We offer a production incentive program and team members in this position can earn up to $25/hour or more.
Duties Include:
- Installation of new landscape construction projects
- Residential and commercial locations
- Working with direction of Landscape Crew Leads
- Occasionally provide guidance to other team members
- Ability to safely operate skid loaders and other equipment
Skills, Knowledge, & Ability:
- Must be detailed and quality oriented
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate equipment safely
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to acquire and maintain a MN DOT Health Card
- Prior landscaping or construction related experience preferred
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly
