Cannabis "Grind" Tech

Job Overview

Nature's Grace and Wellness is seeking full-time Grinding Tech to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual that likes working in a fast paced environment, doesn't mind standing or sitting for up to 8 hours and working with their hands.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Track and Update Inventory: Regularly monitor and update stock levels of cannabis products to ensure an accurate inventory.
• Operate Grinding Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate the grinding machine to process cannabis for further production.
• Ensure Quality and Consistency: Continuously monitor the ground material to ensure it meets quality standards and remains consistent in texture.
• Conduct Routine Maintenance and Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance tasks on the grinding machine and other assigned equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain Work Environment: Keep the grinding area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Utilize Mechanical Skills: Apply mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  
  

Requirements

• Ability to work as a team player
• Have the ability to lift over 30 lbs., ability to perform tasks sitting, standing, stretching, walking, bending, reaching and perform repetitive motions
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to pass a Federal background check
• Must be able to be fitted for and wear all required PPE.
