Cashier/Budtender - Trinity Dispensary

Position Overview
Cashier Staff provides excellent care and customer service to all patients and/or adult use customers, greeting them on the sales floor and/or at checkout, assisting with placing orders, confirming products purchased, and completing cash or card sales with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients on sales floor and/or at checkout and verify purchases.
• Stay current with dispensary flow & product.
• Complete cash or card sales.
• Maintain responsibility for all cash and credit card transactions, inventory, and merchandise assigned and closing numbers on respective drawers.
• Perform cash and credit card transactions, issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to patients.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to proper personnel.
• Assist with online product reservations.
• Assist with daily cash reconciliations.
• Keep dispensary sales floor clean, sanitized, and free of clutter.
• Follow state and federal regulations, including IDFPR.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Six months to one-year sales or POS experience.
• Proficient in technology.
• Pass a background check.
• Be 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid license or state ID.
• Be available to work varied hours and/or days, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Qualifications:
Bend and lift up to 50 pounds alone and 75 pounds with assistance. Prolonged standing or sitting required.
