Schedule :
- Monday through Thursday, with a Saturday shift. Friday and Sundays are days off.
Job Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pre-roll Equipment Technician to maintain, set up, operate, and troubleshoot our pre-roll equipment. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Responsibilities :
Set up, operate, and maintain Roll Pros Blackbird compression rolling equipment and Apollo joint packing equipment.Follow department standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to production schedules.Achieve daily production goals.Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as needed.Make necessary adjustments during operations to ensure quality standards are met.Document daily production runs accurately.Maintain appropriate inventory of consumables to sustain production.Report to NGW Processing Management.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications :
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.Experience operating machinery is a plus.Strong attention to detail.Requirements :
Must be at least 21 years of age.Willingness to stand or sit for extended periods.Adaptability and eagerness to grow as part of the NGW team.Ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively.Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).Physical Requirements :
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds independently, and up to 75 pounds with assistance.Capable of carrying product totes, pushing carts, and adjusting equipment.Ability to wear and be fitted for protective gear as needed.Benefits :
