At Nature's Herbs and Wellness / High Plainz Strains, we're looking for a highly skilled Cannabis Industry Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to multitask with ease. Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a must, and knowledge of cannabis products is a plus but not required. Our team is dedicated to creating an enjoyable work environment, and we strive to create a fun and inclusive atmosphere while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of $15.00/hour, plus a portion of tips received by Budtenders.
