Nature's Herbs and Wellness / High Plainz Strains is looking for a highly skilled Receptionist - Cannabis Retailer to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you'll be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and providing professional assistance. You'll also verify ID checks, assist with phone calls, and ensure all online orders are accurate and completed for each customer.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to multitask with ease. Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a must, and knowledge of cannabis products is a plus but not required. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of $15.00/hour, plus a portion of tips received by Budtenders.
