About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sanitation Supervisor to join our team at Nature's Path Foods. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation within the plant and for working closely with the Director of Quality Assurance to establish effective cleaning and sanitization schedules.
Key Accountabilities
- Establish and maintain a culture of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the plant.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sanitation program that includes regular inspections and monitoring of equipment, facilities, and production areas.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal sanitation and safety regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on proper sanitation and cleaning procedures.
- Identify opportunities for sanitation process improvements and implement corrective actions.
