Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing.
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and OSHA safety regulations.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles.
