What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business & Consumer Insights Manager (Hybrid in Oak Brook Chicago) position at Nature's Path?
Primary responsibilities include:
- Translating complex concepts and multiple data points into a story that is pitched at the right level for the stakeholder
- Bringing together multiple sources of quantitative and qualitative datasets to build a comprehensive view of market trends and business opportunities
- Leveraging an analytical mind to dive deep ‘into the weeds’ while also pulling back and presenting topline national trends; often working at these two levels simultaneously
- Managing multiple projects at any one time, across customers and internal stakeholders
- Problem solving and answering critical business questions (specifically around the 4Ps – product, place, price, promotion)
- Working with key data suppliers and consumer research partners to maximize our resources and dig deeper into performance and trends – constantly looking for opportunities to learn from current assets and future potential agency partners.
About you:
- 5 years experience working with analytics in the consumer-packaged goods industry
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience with SPINS, Nielsen, Circana/IRI, consumer research platform/tools
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage a variety of projects of varying complexities
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills for data & research interpretation
- You have exceptional written and oral communication skills, which you lean on heavily to translate data into stories
- You have exceptional attention to detail with a high standard for quality control, important for delivering strategic guidance based on data
- Entrepreneurial spirit with deep desire to support business growth
- Ability to take initiative and navigate ambiguity as we take on this growth journey
Notes:
- This role is a hybrid opportunity (three days in office) based out of our Oak Brook Chicago office
- The base salary range will be $120,000 - $140,000 with a 10% yearly bonus
