Job Summary

The Senior Director of Global Brand is the steward of Nature's Sunshine and Synergy's brand equity on a global scale. Reporting directly to the Global CMO, this executive will serve as the strategic and creative leader responsible for crafting and amplifying brand narratives that resonate deeply with modern health-conscious consumers. This individual brings the brand promise to life through every touchpoint- from product packaging to omnichannel campaigns to purpose-driven initiatives- creating experiences that are emotionally engaging, culturally relevant, and commercially impactful.


They must be highly skilled at developing persuasive, data-driven presentations for executive leadership and the Board, translating brand strategy into compelling narratives supported by KPIs and ROI.

This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives at the intersection of brand strategy, creative innovation, and business growth and can foster global collaboration while maintaining local relevance.


Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Stewardship

  • Own and evolve the brand architecture, positioning, and identity for Nature's Sunshine and Synergy to ensure strategic clarity, cultural resonance, and competitive distinction.
  • Function as the internal and external ambassador of the brands, championing their unique purpose and values across all organizational levels and geographies.
  • Translate consumer and cultural insights into breakthrough brand strategies and campaigns that drive awareness, preference, and loyalty.

Creative & Content Leadership

  • Lead and inspire the in-house creative team, including designers, writers, and content producers, to develop world-class brand assets and marketing content that bring the brand narrative to life across all platforms.
  • Ensure brand consistency across global markets by providing guidance and toolkits that empower regional teams while protecting core brand integrity.
  • Oversee global creative agency relationships and ensure integration of agency and internal efforts.

Go-to-Market Excellence

  • Improve and expand existing processes to ensure effective project management, including strict adherence to milestones and deadlines for coordinated launches.
  • Develop integrated brand and product go-to-market strategies with Category Marketing, Digital, Sales, and Operating Business Unit (OBU) leaders.







  • Develop 360-degree campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels, including digital, experiential, retail, and events.
  • Implement measurement frameworks to track brand health, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.

Corporate Social Responsibility & Brand Purpose

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) platform, encompassing sustainability, ethical sourcing, environmental stewardship, and philanthropic initiatives through the Impact Foundation.
  • Ensure these purpose-driven efforts are authentically embedded in brand communications and consumer engagement strategies.

Executive Communications & Leadership Support

  • Collaborate with the CMO and senior leadership on high-profile communications, including Board presentations, Annual Reports, company-wide events (e.g., NSP Live), and global sales summits.
  • Provide strategic brand leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, ensuring brand thinking permeates the organization.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of progressive leadership experience in global brand marketing, preferably within the health & wellness, consumer packaged goods, or lifestyle sectors.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in building premium, emotionally resonant brands across international markets.
  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing, brand storytelling, digital engagement, and customer experience design.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, creative judgment, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience managing tight budgets and making every dollar count.
  • Passion for wellness, sustainability, and purpose-led business.
