Conduct exams in-office it in home.
- Perform surgical procedures and assist in emergency care as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical records for each patient, documenting findings and treatments.
- Educate pet owners on animal care, nutrition, and preventive health measures.
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians to ensure efficient clinic operations and high standards of patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine through continuous education and training.
Skills
- Proficient in animal handling techniques to ensure the safety of both animals and staff.
- Strong understanding of animal physiology and anatomy to accurately assess health conditions.
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology for effective communication within the team and with clients.
- Experience in animal husbandry practices to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Ability to perform procedures such as animal catheterization with precision and care.
- Familiarity with animal restraint techniques to facilitate examinations and treatments safely.

Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
