Job functions include:
- Provide activities with entertainment, exercise, fun, and relaxation for residents
- Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of quality activities in accordance with resident care plans
- Support the preparation and distribution of activity calendars, communication materials and documentation of resident activities
- Generate enthusiasm to encourage and motivate participation
- Provide good organization and social skills
