The Operations & Administration Manager/Senior Manager is a new in-person role designed to enhance internal operations and support the organization’s continued growth. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the role oversees human resources, operational systems, risk management, volunteer coordination, and office administration. The selected candidate will work at either the Pueblo or Beulah office, with occasional travel between campuses.
What Success Looks Like- Efficiently manages HR processes, including onboarding, training, and benefits administration.
- Implements and maintains operational plans, performance indicators, and risk management systems.
- Establish a robust volunteer program that supports NWDC’s diverse programs and departments.
- Fosters smooth communication and coordination across teams, supporting leadership with project management and strategic planning.
The Operations & Administration Manager/Senior Manager will play a key role in strengthening NWDC’s internal infrastructure. By streamlining operational processes, enhancing volunteer coordination, and supporting staff across departments, this position will contribute to the organization’s ability to deliver impactful programs and maintain effective day-to-day operations. Their leadership in administrative management will ensure NWDC remains resilient and prepared for future growth.
- Title and salary are dependent on experience ($41,000–$43,000 for Manager; $44,000–$48,000 for Senior Manager).
