The Office Manager will be responsible for administrative operations in Yosemite. Key responsibilities include internal communications, office supplies and equipment management, weekly paperwork routing, project management, and invoicing. This part-time, temporary position has the potential to convert to full time and/or permanent by June 30, 2025.

Responsibilities:
- Review all program and office operations-related invoices for accuracy, and create purchase orders in the Microix system
- Maintain office spaces, service equipment, and support mail collection and distribution
- Coordinate staff events, board meetings, and guest visits
- Support seasonal processes such as housing, ordering, and inventory
- Ensure accuracy of files, reports, calendar, schedule, and databases
- Support Directors as needed
