Schedule: 8am - 5pm / Monday - Friday

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Line Worker to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. Reporting directly to the Assembly Line Manager, this role is vital in ensuring our pickets, fences, and gate products are packed and shipped efficiently as orders are received. You will work closely with a team of experienced colleagues to complete tasks efficiently and maintain a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and prepare Natures Composites products for shipment according to order specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Inspect products for quality assurance before packing.
• Follow established procedures for labeling, boxing, and shipping.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an assembly line, warehouse, or packing environment preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated to excel.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
