- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement effective solutions to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Implement project management best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in project management.
