What You'll Do !
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Retail Store Manage r to oversee daily operations at our dispensary. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of cannabis regulations. This role requires an individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, ensuring compliance, and leading a team to achieve sales goals.
Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee all daily operations, ensuring the dispensary runs efficiently and in compliance with state and local cannabis regulations. Manage inventory, monitor product availability, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service. Ensure all staff members engage with customers in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner, while ensuring they understand product offerings and answer any questions.
- Hire, train, and develop a team of budtenders and other store personnel. Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and implement ongoing development to ensure team members excel in customer service, sales, and compliance.
- Drive sales performance by developing strategies to meet revenue targets. Analyze sales reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies to maximize profitability. Implement promotional and marketing strategies to boost customer acquisition and retention.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal cannabis regulations. Maintain accurate records and ensure all necessary documentation is completed, including customer transactions, inventory, and employee compliance checks. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Oversee store displays, ensuring products are well-organized and presented attractively to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain a secure and safe store environment for both employees and customers. Implement safety procedures and security measures, including cash handling and surveillance protocols.
