A Branch Manager enjoys a variety of responsibilities, including strategically dividing their time between maximizing branch production, increasing sales, and developing employees. They will meet with employees weekly to review technical information, sales strategies, and service methods, as well as spend time training and guiding specialists individually.
The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required. We provide paid training for those new to lawn care or landscape work.
