NatureTats is a vibrant small business specializing in shipping temporary tattoos to customers and retailers around the globe. Based out of our home office in Leander, TX, we pride ourselves on our relaxed work environment and flexibility. Typically, one dedicated person manages order fulfillment throughout the year, with additional help during our peak summer season.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist. Your primary role will involve packaging products and fulfilling orders efficiently and accurately, as well as responding to basic customer service inquires. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to exciting tasks related to new product launches, depending on your interests.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Package products swiftly and with precision.
- Fulfill orders with meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked fulfillment room.
- Deliver packages to UPS, FedEx, and USPS as needed.
Additional Opportunities:

- Assist with occasional pop-up events.
- Participate in photoshoots for our temporary tattoos.
- Capture photos and videos of our products or work environment for social media and content creation.
Schedule & Flexibility
- Average of 20 hours per week, with potential adjustments based on the season (10 hours during colder months, up to 30 hours during warmer months).
- Ideally, hours would be distributed over a 3-day work week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), but we are flexible and will do our best to accommodate your preferred schedule.
