Location: Blair, NE (NatureWorks Plant) or Plymouth, MN

Position Overview:
NatureWorks is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our dynamic Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. You will also play a key part in improving processing efficiencies while delivering top-tier customer service. This position offers the opportunity to support the broader Finance team and contribute to the achievement of NatureWorks’ mission, vision, and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process freight invoices and credit memos, ensuring appropriate documentation and approvals.
• Manage new vendor setups and vendor changes.
• Handle intercompany invoicing and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Assist with month-end workbooks, 1099 tax forms, and team projects.
• Actively promote and contribute to a strong safety culture within the workplace.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related work experience.
• 1–2 years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and various computer programs (required).
• Prior experience with SAP or other ERP systems (preferred).
